쉐코 아크는 수상(水上) 드론 형태로 주행하는 오염물 회수·정화 장비로 기존 대비 5배 가볍고 3배 작은 구조체이며 즉각적으로 오염물을 회수/분리하고 오염물은 포집, 오염수는 정화하여 배출(5ppm 이하 – 법적 방류기준 15ppm)하는 실시간 정화 기술을 가지고 있습니다. 실시간 정화 기술은 기존의 장비에서 필수적으로 사용되었던 해수와 오염물을 육지로 이동하는 펌프와 정화 작업 후 이뤄지던 2차공정을 생략할 수 있습니다. 무선/원격 조종으로 1km까지 정화 작업이 가능하며 전기배터리 사용으로 소음 및 매연이 발생하지 않습니다. 또한, 세척이 가능한 메쉬타입 필터로 소모품이 없는 친환경 제품입니다. sea state Lv.2에서도 안정적으로 주행을 할수 있는 반잠수 구조의 쌍동선 형태 디자인이며 시간당 25,000L의 높은 회수율로 오염물을 신속하게 처리가 가능합니다. 전자석 진회수로 제품의 ‘투입-정화-회수’의 과정이 전부 자동화가 가능한 ALL IN ONE 구성의 정화시스템으로 잠수부/대형크레인이 불필요합니다. 대쉬보드를 통한 작업을 편리하게 관제 및 모니터링이 가능합니다. AI 오염물 영상인식 기반 모니터링 시스템으로 해수면의 윤슬을 제거하여 어두운 환경에서도 오염물을 인식합니다.
Sheco Ark is a pollution recovery and purification equipment driving in the form of a water drone, which is 5 times lighter and 3 times smaller than traditional equipment. The significant difference between Sheco Ark and traditional equipment is ‘real-time purification technology’ that immediately recovers/separates pollutants through tertiary filters; purifies contaminants and discharges clean water simultaneously with recovery (discharged water is less than 5 ppm – legal standard is 15 ppm). Real-time purification technology doesn’t need any pump that transfers seawater and contaminants to land, which are essential parts of traditional equipment. Since Sheco Ark doesn’t necessary to use pump, the secondary processes for separating water and pollutants are not required after the recovery. The operation radius is up to 1km by wireless/remote control, and no noise or smoke is generated by the use of electric batteries. Sheco Ark is an eco-friendly product without consumable parts with a washable mesh-type filter. It is also a semi-submersible catamaran design that allows stable driving in sea state Lv.2 and possible to rapidly remove contaminants at a high recovery rate of 25,000L/H. All-in-one configuration purification system that can automate the entire process of "deploy-recovery-retrieve" by using an electromagnet LARS does not require a diver or large crane. Additionally, a dashboard provides convenient control and monitoring in the response field. The monitoring system allows the contaminants recognition based on AI image recognition system that captures pollutants in both dark and glossy(ripple) environments.
